Hi Carol,

Just wanted to let you know that today is Annies 13th birthday.  She is healthy and happy and more wonderful today than that day we got her so long ago.

Subj:  Hi Carol

Dear Carol,

Thank you so much for the best dog EVER!!  We did lots of research before buying a dog.  We had two very young kids at the time so getting the right dog for us was very important.  Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine we would get the best dog ever born.  Honestly, we can't believe a dog can even be this good.  Cutty is just amazingly special.  Smart, loving, and I swear this dog completely understands anything and everything that is going on in our family.  My husband grew up on a farm, and has been around animals of every kind, and dogs a cats galore, and he is constantly shaking his head and marveling at how amazing this little creature is.  She couldn't be more loved, and move pampered, and we can't imagine life without her.  You clearly have special touch in breeding very special dogs.  Truly.  We'd love to buy another dog from you, so let me know what's available either now, or what you might expect this summer.  We probably want a girl, and maybe a black & white multi.  But honestly, we are not too picky on one look over another, just a long as she has the possibility of being half as great as our dog Cutty.  I'm guessing your little sable and white girl must be gone by now.  If she is still available, we are still interested, and if not, please keep us in mind for an upcoming puppy.

We'll send some pictures along so you can see this sweet creature.  I mean it so sincerely, we have never ever met a better or more wonderful dog.  We thank you so very much.

Best regards,

Kim Harbin

Subj:  Our puppy Abby

Hi Carol,

Abby has already taken over hearts and is the center of the entire family's attention.  The grandparents stop by daily (all 4 of them) to visit her, they even stop by our office.  She is the cutest thing -- you're right when you called her a little doll.  She passed her first vet visit with flying colors.  They didn't want to give her back to me the entire staff wanted to keep her for themselves.

You do breed smart dogs -- I swear to you she is already going to the back door everytime (85% of the time) she needs to go out and she whimpers to get our attention.  Honestly, she has had VERY few accidents in the house since Saturday.  She seems to be settling in very nicely.  She spends the night sleeping in her crate with a towel over it.  She did NOT like sleeping in her carrier on [our] bed (overnight) at all.  She seems very happy in her crate, and she has been sleeping through the night, and her crate is dry and clean so far each morning.

What a special puppy she is and so loved by all.

Our best to you, and thank you again.  Debbie and Jeff

Dear Carol,

Thank you so much for Gabe.  We are enjoying him like crazy!  Not only is he spectacularly gorgeous, as you say, but also totally sweet.  He is enthusiastic and very gentle, and so eager to please.  We love him!!!

Subj:  The best cockapoo in the world!

Dear Carol,

You were absolutely right when you told us that your puppies are perfect.  It's only been a week since we brought Little Mali home and she's already more than we could have ever asked for.  She is the most gorgeous dog and everyone we introduce her to falls in love with her.

Not only is she beautiful, but she's also incredibly sweet.  One of our biggest concerns was how she'd get along with out first child, a 5 1/2 year old tortoiseshell cat named Lola.  Mali never barks at her and is only interested in getting to know her new big sister.  When Lola walks in the room Mali rushes over to the edge of her puppy pen with her little tail wagging in the hope of some quality time.  Lola's not there yet but she will be soon.  Mali is a complete mush and loves to give us and our guests lots of kisses.  Apart from the initial whimpering when it's time for bed we've not heard her bark either, regardless of if the doorbell rings or a fire truck drives by with its siren blaring.

Did we mention how smart she is?  Within the week she's learned how to use the weewee pads with very few accidents.  Whenever we're playing with her we can see her catching on quickly and figuring out ways to "outsmart us" next round.

Our vet said that she's never seen such a clean set of ears on a puppy, which by her own words, is a true testament to how well you take care of your puppies.

It's undeniably clear that Mali was raised in a very loving and hands-on environment.  She's not that interested in treats.  All she wants is affection and praise.  Both are things we know were given in abundance.

We can't wait to be ready for another puppy.  When we are, you know where our first stop will be!

Best regards,

Alicia & Kevin N.

Carol,

It's been a long time, I just wanted you to know that our puppy is growing up to be a wonderful little man.  He's 1 1/2 now and brings joy into our lives every day.  He's a great best friend to my two daughters.  As you will see, he's a willing dress-up player, and really goes along with anything.  Here are some pictures that are sure to make you laugh.  :-)

Well, Bob and I finally got back to Mulberry Farm after many years to pick out a new little pup, and I've got to say they are all adorable.

We are lucky that we don't live far away, so we were able to pick out one that we think will be perfect for us.  Carol was so helpful, as usual, in showing us the various features of many of the pups, but we wanted one who looked as close as we could to our first puppy (from Mulberry Farm), Bailey, and his grandpa was Bailey's father, Kandi-Man... amazingly!
We got to see both the Pappa and the Mom, and they are both lovely dogs, so that's the benefit of going to a great breeder in the first place, we feel.

Carol has such a "homey" setting for the puppies, the moms and moms-to-be, and Kiepre [Carol & Jim's "personal" Cockapoo] is keeping an eye on everything!  Too funny.  What a great day we had at "The Farm", and Carol is one busy lady.

Subject:  "Dewey"

Hi Carol -

My parents adopted a chocolate brown cockapoo from you 10 years ago named "Dewey".  Dewey is the absolute love of our family and kept my mom constant company during her chemo treatment (she passed two years ago from cancer.)

Anyway, my kids are now 7 1/2 and 4 1/2 and we are beginning to do research about a new dog for the family.  We keep coming back to wanting a dog just like Dewey.

Wanted to see what your wait list is like... we were hoping for an apricot or parti-colored male.

Thanks Carol.  Your dogs are truly exceptional.  We live on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, and I can always spot one of your dogs!

Best,
Melissa
