My name is Joe Webster. I came to your kennel last year with my mom and my grandparents (Woody and Jane Webster). My grammy, grampy and I are pictured on page 10 (last photo) on your web page photo album.
Over the last six months, I have been saving for my own Cockapoo. I have already saved $405 . . . and KNOW I will make the rest by next spring!
I am looking for a female Cockapoo (we are pretty sure female . . . we already have a male standard poodle . . . Cecil). Cecil can be dominate, and gets along with Gracie (grampy and grammy's puppy), but it takes a day for him to stop growling and running from her sweet gestures of friendship (jumping up in his face!).
Anyway, I hope I can get a female, black/tan . . . or sable colored . . . or black Cockapoo. (Gracie is black . . . mom is Wendy, dad is Bada . . . she has a GREAT personality . . . sweet (NOT DOMINATE AT ALL!) . . . and funny as can be . . . we LOVE her!
Can you let me know what my chances might be for a cockapoo from Mulberry Farm next summer.
P.S.- We have a family reunion to go to next summer, in Colorado . . . not quite sure of the date yet. We don't want to bring a puppy home until after that trip . . . and we are all backed settled at home. When I come to pick up my puppy, we will bring Cecil for you to meet . . . he's a great dog . . . just too big for my lap!
Please e-mail soon . . . thank you! Joe Webster (and family)

Dear Carol,
It's been a while, so I just wanted to update you on Molly, our gorgeous Buff Cockapoo (Snookie & Bada's little girl).
She was a year old in May, and is the light of our lives! She's lively, playful and cuddly! We just took her to the vet for a shot, and he marveled at how adoreable and well-behaved she is. He said "This is the way a dog should be ... full of life!"
She's also such a comfort during hard times. Mark's brother is recuperating from major cancer surgery, so needless to say we've been very stressed and sad, but every time we'd come in the house after visiting him in the hospital, Molly is always there with her wagging tail and kisses to cheer us up.
I know you've heard this before, but thank you for taking such care in breeding your dogs. I can attest to them being healthy, smart, easily-trainable and, above all, loving pets.
I've attached one of my favorite pictures of her to remind you of what she looks like.
Hope you're surviving ok in this brutal heat. Take care! Sincerely, Meryl Schwartz

Hi Carol --
Our Leo is now 1 year and 5 months old, and he is an outstanding member of our family. We love him so much -- he is totally part of our family now. He's matured beautifully, was easy to train and just has the most delightful, easy-going personality. He's my daughters' "best friend". Here's a recent pic of him -- sorry, I haven't sent more through the year:
P.S. We have a fabulous park nearby where everybody takes their dogs -- Leo has many friends there! As you can see, Rich created a cute Valentine's day card out of one of Leo's many playful encounters.
P.P.S. Hope all is well with you.
Sincerely,
Naomi

Hi Carol!
Sorry it has taken me so long to contact you again. We decided to name our puppy Abby. She is amazing. She is so lovable and friendly and absolutely gorgeous. As a matter of fact, our vet told us that she was the best, healthiest puppy that he had seen in months. He fell in love with her as well. I got my pictures back from my fun visit to your farm. I'll send them out to you ASAP.
My family is having a great time with her, and so am I.
Thank you for this great gift of love to our family!

Hi Carol,
Glad Tobey is doing well! I hope we're able to get a good Halloween picture of Snicks to send to you, wish me luck! That's neat that Tobey lives close by so you still get to see him, wish we were closer to you, then we'd get to see both you and Tobey. But, then again, I'd probably make a "pest" out of myself coming over all the time with Snickers! I saw all the cute pups on your website, they look adorable, love their coloring. You have the best Cockapoos that I've ever seen, no one even comes close! And most aren't even Cockapoos. I don't know what they are but they are definitely not cockapoos. Unfortunately, the owners think that they are, no matter what you say - oh, well.
Our groomers love him, they say he's so easy to do and that he is their cutest client, this is their first cockapoo. One of the owners is thinking of getting a cockapoo as a companion for her dog. She has a poodle that Snicks plays with while he's there, they just love to play together and I love to watch them, its fun, like watching your kid play (I guess). I'm so glad that we got him, I can't image life without him. He's my little boy. (I know I'm one of those people who think of him as a child with fur as Oprah Winfrey always says) but it's true.
Have a good day, nice talking to you again!

Hi Carol, Hope all is well. How is Jim doing?
I had to write to you. As you know, your dogs are the best. However, I have to tell you about your cats. I have never in my life experienced cats like yours. First, they think that they are dogs, and follow you all around the house. They come the first time they are called!!!! [SOoo "un- cat-like"]
They are lovers!!! They love to kiss and snuggle and adore.
I am totally in love with them, and feel soooo fortunate to have them in our lives.
I just wanted you to know.
Warmly,
Tina

comments: Hi Carol, It's Susie from Cape Cod. I picked up my Cockapoo puppy on Labor Day 2002. Her parents are Jack and Kristy. I named her Doolin (I had told you possibly Tillie). Anyway, she is the best, and we are thoroughly enjoying her. Even the patients at my husband's office love her. She is a "frequent visitor" there. I have had numerous people ask me how to go about getting a puppy just like Doolin. And of course I tell them about your website. There is one couple in particular who I know will be contacting you, Kara and Steven. They will make wonderful owners of one of your puppies. Hope all is well with you. Susie

Hi Carol,
I know that I have been lax in sending you pictures and news about Flash. It is amazing how fast time goes by! We can't believe that he will be one in Dec. I'm sure Skyler has filled you in on Flash, he is the cutest, smartest puppy around. There isn't one day that someone doesn't stop us to ask what kind of dog he is. Flash had a great summer, spending it in the Hamptons, running around and learning how to swim. He became a great fan of the pool, and was a perfect "lifeguard"!
All the kids were excited to see him once school started. He is a very popular pup around the neighborhood. As you can tell from the pictures, he is a perfect size, not too big or small. He weighs about 18-19 pds. We like to say that he is the "best -behaved Volpe", but every once in awhile, he and Luke will get into some "rough housing", I think Flash wins every time.
So a belated "thank you" for bringing the most wonderful puppy into our lives. We can't imagine what it would be like without him!

comments: Hi Carol and Jim,
I thought you might like to get an update on Toby aka "Big". He is doing great! Jake and I really love him. He is the cuddliest dog ever, and he doesn't have an aggressive bone in his furry little body. He was a bit sensitive at first to having his face touched, and he still doesn't love to have a haircut, but he is hardly hand-shy - I can touch him anywhere and he puts up with it. He loves to chase his back paws and tail (silly) and he can play for hours with his toys (especially his stuffed squeeky bananna). He follows Jacob around the house and just wants to play all the time. It's very cute to see Jake trying to train him "Toby down, Toby sit, stay, etc." Sure there were some issues getting him used to our schedule, and changing enviornments - but none were insurmountable (and we're still working on some) but he really wants to please us. He loves kids - I take him with me to Jake's day care center so that he can socialize with the kids. He never jumps up, or is mouthy with the kids, he just wags his tail and lets them pet him. I take him with me virtually everywhere - he's great company for me, especially when Jake is at his Dad's house. He has a giant crate downstairs with toys in it for when I go to school, and a smaller crate in my bedroom for sleeping. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how great Toby is. Thanks for everything, and thanks to that woman in New Jersey for giving up on him... Best to you both - Amy and Jake
